Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for producing eggs eaten raw which is especially suitable for rice with a raw egg, and exhibits excellent taste when used for the rice with a raw egg.SOLUTION: Poultry feed for producing eggs eaten raw is composed of at least one of the poultry feed: (1) poultry feed blended with 2.5% to 3.5% of molasses, 2.5% to 3.5% of fish meal and 2.5% to 3.5% of rice oil; (2) poultry feed blended with 2.5% to 3.5% of molasses, 2.5% to 3.5% of fish meal, 0.5% to less than 2.5% of rice oil and no yellow grease; and (3) poultry feed blended with 2.5% to 3.5% of molasses, 2.5% to 3.5% of fish meal, 0.5% to less than 2.5% of rice oil and no animal oil and fat.
