Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction in mechanical strength and sealability in a breaker in which a thermally-actuated element inverted by snap action and making a movable piece operated is housed inside and which is further reduced in size.SOLUTION: In a breaker 1 comprising: a fixing piece 2 having a fixed contact point 21; a movable piece 3 having a movable contact point 31 brought into contact with or separated from the fixed contact point 21; and a resin-made case 5 in which a thermally-actuated element 4 making the movable piece 3 operated by inversion is housed, a part of the fixing piece 2 and the movable piece 3 are embedded in the resin of the case 5, and in these parts, the surface of the fixing piece 2 and the movable piece 3 has a groove hole-like stamp applied thereon, and furthermore, the rear surface of the stamp is flat.
