Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operating efficiency of a dental clinic which employs a medical examination reservation system by reducing cancellation rates.SOLUTION: Regarding each record in a table TB2, a server device 70 retrieves a record including the same patient identification information as the patient identification information in the record from table TB1. Then, the server device 70 sends a short mail addressed to the telephone number in the retrieved record, showing information of a medical examination appointment on the day before a reservation day.
