Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition and a method comprising a protein which specifically binds to adalimumab.SOLUTION: A mouse is immunized with an adalimumab fragment obtained by digesting an adalimumab with pepsin or papain and then a mouse hybridoma is produced using a spleen derived from the selected mouse. Hybridoma supernatants are screened for antibodies binding specifically to adalimumab by differential ELISA. These antibodies, including binding fragments thereof, can be used in a clinical setting as well as for research and development. For example, these anti-adalimumab antibodies can be employed to neutralize adalimumab.
