Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system capable of promoting cooling of a vehicle cabin in a secondary loop cooling system.SOLUTION: An air conditioner or a cooling system 110 comprises a secondary loop cooling system 130 for use in a vapor-compression system 120 including a bypass line 148 for bypassing a reservoir 138 in the secondary loop system 130. This bypass line 148 enables the air conditioner or the cooling system 110 to cool an air conditioning target more quickly. The secondary loop cooling system 130 uses incombustible cooling liquid effective particularly if refrigerant used in the vapor-compression system 120 is combustible.
