Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional rotary motor in which an armature winding in slots is generally fixed with varnish to increase the reliability; however the osmosis of the varnish into an undercut part of a commutator causes a failure; or to reduce such failure, the varnish is applied insufficiently to the crossover portion causing a break of the wire by a centrifugal force during spinning.SOLUTION: In an application process of varnish, a hook of a commutator 2 is partially heated when applying the varnish in a dripping or extrusion manner while rotating an armature 1 on a shaft 3. Thus, the osmosis of the varnish into the commutator undercut part is prevented. |
