Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizer attached with a touch function compatible with a polarizing sunglass that enables thinness and a narrow frame to be attained, and further is excellent in productivity, to provide a manufacturing method of the polarizer attached with the touch function compatible with the polarizing sunglass, and to provide a liquid crystal display device.SOLUTION: The polarizer attached with a touch function compatible with a polarizing sunglass comprises: a polarizer 20 that is arranged on a face in front of a liquid crystal cell 34 of a liquid crystal display device and used thereon; and an electrostatic capacity type film sensor member 3 that is stuck on a face opposing a counter face of the polarizer 20 facing the liquid crystal cell 34. The film sensor member 3 comprises: a transparent substrate film that includes a λ/4 retardation film 6 obtained by extending toward an oblique direction; a transparent conductive film 9 that is formed so as to have an electrode pattern and a thin-line routing circuit pattern, respectively on both faces of the substrate film; and a light-shielding conductive film 12 that is respectively laminated on the thin-line routing circuit pattern of the transparent conductive film 9.
