METHOD FOR REMOVING NOISE OF CHROMATOGRAM, AND CHROMATOGRAPHY APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a chromatogram noise-removing method capable of efficiently removing noise even in a minute region.SOLUTION: A periodic noise extraction part 2 extracts a periodic noise signal waveform from a chromatogram by using a noise extraction threshold, and a Fourier transformation part 3 performs Fourier transformation of the extracted periodic noise signal waveform and calculates an amplitude spectrum composed of amplitude and a frequency. A periodic noise reconstruction part 4 removes a frequency component less than a frequency threshold from the amplitude spectrum, calculates a revised amplitude spectrum, and reconstructs the periodic noise signal waveform on the basis of the calculated revised amplitude spectrum. A noise removal part 5 removes the reconstructed periodic noise signal waveform from the chromatogram.
