Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and rigid structured plate having water permeability by a combination of materials.SOLUTION: A structured plate of the present invention is characteristically structured as follows: a plurality of pipes made of thermoplastic plastic are arranged in a predetermined formation; a sheet-like article is arranged on at least one of two virtual contact surfaces capable of coming into contact with all or some of the plurality of pipes by arrangement of the pipes; and a surface of the pipe made of thermoplastic plastic is softened, and fused and integrated with the sheet-like article.
