Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission system which can achieve more free design of a transmission system having a capacitor for buffering variation of resonance angle frequency, while retaining transmission efficiency of the capacitor.SOLUTION: In a transmission system including a transmission device for transmitting an electric signal, and a power receiving device for receiving an electric signal in non-contact, the power receiving device has first power receiving electrode and a second power receiving electrode for receiving an electric signal from the transmission device in non-contact by electric field coupling, and a load resistor and a capacitor being connected between the first power receiving electrode and second power receiving electrode. The load resistor and capacitor are connected in parallel, and the capacitor includes a first capacitor formed of an intermediate conductor and a first end conductor, and a second capacitor formed of an intermediate conductor and a second end conductor.
