Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a lighting device which enables a confirmation hole to be unfailingly and easily provided at a position of a heat radiation pad without providing a hole that does not function as the confirmation hole and increasing the types of cases even if circuit configuration changes occur, and to provide a manufacturing method of a lighting fitting.SOLUTION: Heat radiation pads 2 are bonded at positions of a circuit board 1 where heat is easily generated. Confirmation holes 4a are opened at positions of a case body 4 which correspond to the positions of the heat radiation pads 2 bonded to the circuit board 1. Then, the circuit board 1 is stored in the case body 4, and a case cover 5 is attached to the case body 4 in which the circuit board 1 is stored.
