Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake device including a brake caliper which is easily removed.SOLUTION: In a brake device 10, a disc rotor 18 is formed into an annular shape and its outer peripheral part is fixed to a wheel. A brake caliper 20 is fixed to the vehicle body side so as to sandwich the disc rotor 18 from an inner peripheral side of the disc rotor 18. The brake caliper 20 includes: a cylinder member 24 for pressing a brake pad against the disc rotor 18; a mount member 22 which supports the cylinder member 24; first fastening means and second fastening means for fixing the mount member 22 to the vehicle body side. A notch part is formed at the inner peripheral side of the mount member 22 and may contact with a predetermined portion at the vehicle body side.
