Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger injury level estimation device capable of accurately estimating the injury level of a passenger with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A passenger-injury-level estimation device of the invention comprises: a passenger-occupation detection unit 201 identifying seats 51 to 55 on which passengers are seated; acceleration sensors 11 to 19 arranged around the seats 51 to 55 in a vehicle body; a deformation estimation unit 202 estimating a deformation of a vehicle body on the basis of detection results of the acceleration sensors 11 to 19; and an injury estimation unit 203 estimating an injury level of each of the passengers on the basis of identification results of the passenger-occupation detection unit 201 and an estimation results of the deformation estimation unit 202.
