Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic cell module, a photovoltaic array including at least two modules, and a method of forming the module.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic cell module comprises a substrate and a bonding layer disposed on the substrate. The bonding layer has depth of penetration of 1.1 to 100 mm and a tack value of less than -0.6 g sec. The photovoltaic cell module also comprises a photovoltaic cell disposed on the bonding layer. A method of forming the photovoltaic cell module comprises the steps of: disposing the bonding layer on the substrate; and disposing the photovoltaic cell on the bonding layer to form the photovoltaic cell module.
