Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of cancers (e.g., lung cancer) or viral infection (e.g., HIV or HCV infection), and methods of using the compositions.SOLUTION: The present invention provides compositions comprising anti-KIR (killer immunoglobulin-like receptor) antibodies and one or more secondary anti-cancer agents (interleukin-2, interleukin-2 derivatives, or interleukin-2 analogues) or anti-viral agents (interleukin-2 proteins etc.), and methods of using such combinations (as combination compositions or in separate administration protocols). The pharmaceuticals are free of Rituxan and Campath, and free of any other pharmaceutically active agents.
