PRECOATED METAL PLATE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME EXCELLENT IN PROJECTING PROPERTY AND EXCELLENT IN MARKER DRAWING PROPERTY AND WIPING PROPERTY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoated metal plate and a method for manufacturing the precoated metal plate having sufficient performances required for a writing board on which an image can be projected by a projector and characters or figures can be written with a maker on a projected screen and can be erased.SOLUTION: The precoated metal plate excellent in projecting property as well as excellent in marker drawing property and wiping property is a coated metal plate comprising a metal plate at least one surface of which is coated with a coating layer having a base coat layer and a top coat layer. The top coat layer contains a silicone-acrylic resin compound (a) by 0.01 to 50 wt.%, which has a glass transition temperature of -19 to 80°C, a number average molecular weight of 2000 to 20000 and 1 to 50 wt.% silicone content percentage, and a matting agent (b). The precoated metal plate can be manufactured by simultaneous multilayer application of the base coat layer and the top coat layer.
