Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and light weight angular ball bearing rotation measurement and monitoring device capable of precisely measuring and monitoring the rotation of an angular ball bearing rotating at a high speed.SOLUTION: A two-point contact type angular ball bearing rotation measurement and monitoring device includes: a pair of bearing rings which are disposed so as to perform relative rotation; and plural rolling members which are assembled so as to roll between the bearing rings. The angular ball bearing rotation measurement and monitoring device includes: a sensor unit that outputs electric signal representing a measurement result; a first signal conversion section that converts the electric signal into an optical signal and outputs the same; a second signal conversion section that receives the optical signal with a light receiving element and converts the optical signal received by the light receiving element into electric signal and outputs the same; and a control and monitoring section that receives the electric signal output from the second signal conversion section to perform arithmetic processing. The sensor unit is disposed in a hole formed in an inner ring or an outer ring. The hole is formed on an extension line connecting the two contact points.
