Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature detection circuit, a temperature compensation circuit and a buffer circuit capable of adjusting rise time and fall time of a signal with good responsiveness.SOLUTION: A temperature detection circuit 7 includes: a first rectifier in which an anode is connected to a first intermediate node and a cathode is set at a first reference voltage; a first impedance element and a second rectifier which are connected in series in an arbitrary order between the anode of the first rectifier and a second reference voltage; a third rectifier in which an anode is connected to a second intermediate node and a cathode is set at the first reference voltage; and a second impedance element and a fourth rectifier which are connected in series in an arbitrary order between the anode of the third rectifier and the second reference voltage; and a differential amplifier which outputs a differential signal according to potential difference of the first intermediate node and the second intermediate node. One and the other of the differential signal output from the differential amplifier have opposite temperature characteristics with each other. |
