Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect atmospheric pressure without using an atmospheric pressure sensor, and to generate proper clutch torque on the basis of a value of the atmospheric pressure.SOLUTION: A control device 1 has solenoid valves 53, 54 for making clutches 11, 21 generate fastening pressure by adjusting hydraulic pressure supplied to the clutches 11, 21 via oil passages 63, 64, and a release part 57 for releasing the inside of a transmission unit 50 to atmospheric pressure. When the solenoid valves 53, 54 do not perform the adjustment of supply hydraulic pressure for making the clutches 11, 21 generate the fastening pressure, the oil passages 63, 64 and the inside of the transmission unit 50 are made to communicate with each other, when a clutch control part 71 makes the first clutch 11 generate the fastening pressure, the clutch control part controls the first solenoid valve 53 by using hydraulic pressure in the oil passage 64 detected by a second hydraulic pressure sensor 56 as the atmospheric pressure value, and when the clutch control part makes the second clutch 21 generate the fastening pressure, the clutch control device controls the second solenoid valve 54 by using hydraulic pressure in the oil passage 63 detected by the first hydraulic pressure sensor 55 as the atmospheric value.
