Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finishing agent composition for clothing capable of preventing generation of fuzz or wool ball of fiber products such as clothing, having no adhesion of aggregates on the fiber products when used at a charging port of finishing agent of washing machines, and to provide a processing method of clothing using the finishing agent composition for clothing.SOLUTION: A finishing agent composition for clothing contains a constitutional unit derived from (meth)acrylic acid ester having an alkyl group having 1 to 16 carbon atoms of 70 to 100 mass%, a polymer having a glass transition temperature of -40°C or more and less than 0°C (A), cationized starch (B), a non-ion surfactant (C) and water, and the (C) component contains a non-ion surfactant having a hydrocarbon group having 8 to 16 carbon atoms and a polyoxyalkylene chain having an average addition molar number of an oxyalkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms of 3 to 15 (C1), and the content of the (C1) component to the (A) component is 5.5 to 15 mass%.
