PRODUCTION METHOD OF SOLID PREPARATION COMPRISING ARIPIPRAZOLE ANHYDRIDE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a solid preparation which comprises aripiprazole anhydride and is suppressed in reduction of an elution rate in a digestive tract.SOLUTION: A production method of a solid preparation comprises a step of wet granulating a suspension liquid obtained by suspending aripiprazole anhydride in a solution of a water-soluble polymer, an excipient, and a disintegrator as required. The water-soluble polymer is preferably hypromellose, hydroxypropyl cellulose and methyl cellulose. The excipient is preferably mannitol, erythritol and lactose hydrate. The disintegrator is preferably hydroxypropyl cellulose having a low degree of substitution, alpha starch, partial alpha starch and crospovidone.
