COMPOSITION FOR MUCOSA AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for mucosa where the appearance of the composition is made transparent and stability in vitamin A is more excellent; and a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A composition for mucosa contains (A) 0.0005 to 0.12 W/V% of vitamin A, (B) 0.007 to 0.5 W/V%, as a nonionic surfactant total amount, of a nonionic surfactant having polyoxyethylene cured castor oil or polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester as an essential component, where the mass ratio presented by (A):(B) is 1:0.4 to 14, and (C) one or more kinds selected from lower alcohol, sugar alcohol, sugar, chlorpheniramine maleate, diphenhydramine hydrochloride and flavin-adenine dinucleotide sodium; and comprises nanoemulsion particles which are obtained by adding an oil phase comprising the components (A) and (B) to an aqueous phase at 75 to 90°C followed by stirring and contain the components (A) and (B) as constitutional components.
