COMPOSITION COMPRISING NANOEMULSION PARTICLE AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition where the appearance of the composition is transparent, adsorption of a lipid-soluble active ingredient into a mucosa such as cornea, conjunctiva, nasal mucous and oral cavity throat for example is enhanced and the effect is more exerted, as a lipid-soluble active ingredient such as vitamin A is compounded with the composition.SOLUTION: A composition contains (A) 0.001 to 1.0 W/V% of a lipid-soluble active ingredient, (B) a nonionic surfactant and (C) one or more kinds selected from inorganic salts, organic acids, organic salts, amino acids, amino acid salts, basic drugs and salts thereof; and comprises nanoemulsion particles, where the (B) component is (B-I) polyoxyethylene cured castor oil and/or polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester and the mass ratio presented by (A):(B-I) is 1:0.4 to 10, or where the (B) component is (B-II) a polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene copolymer and the mass ratio presented by (A):(B-II) is 1:0.8 to 24.
