METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SHEET, AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing a wide sheet having a resin component in which particles are uniformly dispersed with a high compounding ratio, and an apparatus for manufacturing a sheet.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a sheet comprises: a deforming process with gears for deforming and transporting a composition which contains particles and a resin component with use of a gear structure 4 including a pair of gears 32 and a casing 31, in the rotation axis direction of the gears 32; and a deforming process with a die for further deforming the transported composition after the deforming process with gears with use of die 3 having a channel 19 with a slit part 22, in the rotation axis direction. The length of the slit part 22 in the direction orthogonal to both of the rotation axis direction and the transportation direction is narrowed and the length in the rotation axis direction is widened as the composition is transported downstream in the transportation direction.
