Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide exhaust gas treatment equipment capable of appropriately removing sulfur oxides contained in exhaust gas and improving the durability of devices, and a gas turbine power generation system using the same.SOLUTION: An exhaust gas treatment system for treating exhaust gas discharged from a gas turbine includes: a piping element through which the exhaust gas discharged from the gas turbine passes; an exhaust heat collection boiler arranged in the piping element, and including a plurality of heat exchangers; and an alkali-powder supply device for supplying alkali powder to an area in the piping element where the exhaust heat collection boiler is installed in a flow direction of the exhaust gas in the piping element.
