Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable enhancement of both the refrigerant evaporation performance and the refrigerant condensation performance of an outdoor heat exchanger of a heat pump device.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 1 includes a first path P1, a second path P2, and a third path P3 from upstream to downstream in a refrigerant flow direction at a time of condensing refrigerant. Flow of outdoor air to tubes 2 constituting the third path P3 through which the refrigerant flows from downward to upward is blocked.
