Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater unit capable of preventing an excessive increase of a temperature, and to provide a seat incorporated with the heater unit.SOLUTION: A heater unit includes a first warming heater 11 and a second warming heater 12 connected in parallel, and a first connection point 21 and a second connection point 22 branching to or joining in the first warming heater 11 and the second warming heater 12 from a power source 3, and the power source 3 and the first connection point 21, and the first connection point 21 and the first warming heater 11, and the second warming heater 12 and the second connection point 22 are connected by one connector member 5. A seat has a seat surface and a back surface, and has the heater unit incorporated therein, and the first warming heater 11 is incorporated into the seat surface, and the second warming heater 12 is incorporated into the back surface.
