Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach and detach a terminal end exhaust pipe to an exhaust muffler at an installation site of a packaged engine power generator.SOLUTION: A packaged engine power generator is provided with an exhaust muffler 18 on an upper portion of a package, and a flange disposed on a terminal end exhaust pipe 18A is detachably attached to a flange disposed on an exhaust port portion 181 of the exhaust muffler 18. The exhaust muffler 18 is covered by a cover member 40, and the cover member 40 includes a cover body 41 having an opening 41f for attaching and detaching the terminal end exhaust pipe 18A to the exhaust muffler 18, and a lid body 43 detachably attached to the cover body 41 to close the opening 41f.
