LIQUID ORAL COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid oral composition which can improve the sustainability of teeth whitening effect and can fully exhibit the coloring inhibitory effect of teeth, using a phytic acid.SOLUTION: The liquid oral composition comprises the following component (A)-(B): (A) 0.01 mass% or more to 1.5 mass% or less of phytic acid or a salt thereof in terms of the acid, (B) 0.01 mass% or more to 1 mass% or less of hydroxyalkyl cellulose, and (C) 70 mass% or more to 95 mass% or less of water, and the mass ratio (A/B) of component (A) in terms of the acid to the mass of component (B) is 0.1 or more to 7 or less, and the composition does not contain any polyvalent metal cation, or alternatively contains such cations in a molar amount of less than 0.1 times that of component (A), and exhibits a pH of 5.5 or more to 6.5 or less, and the viscosity of the composition is 30 mPa-s or less at 25°C.
