Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle rear part structure which prevents a large impact G from being applied to a frame member in a moment that a fastening member contacts with the inner side of a collar during a rear collision of a vehicle even though a clearance is formed between the inner side of the collar and the fastening member for absorbing allowable errors.SOLUTION: According to a typical structure of the invention, a vehicle rear part structure 100 includes: left and right rear side members 110 extending in a vehicle longitudinal direction along a floor surface of a vehicle rear part; a frame member 102 which is installed below the rear side members 110 and has a frame shape; cylindrical collars 118 which extend upward from the frame member 102; fastening members (bolts 120), each of which is inserted into the inner side of the collar 118 so as to form a clearance between itself and the inner side of the collar 118 and fastens the frame member 102 to the rear side member 110; and contact members (cams 128), each of which is fixed to the rear side member 110 and contacts with the vehicle rear side of the collar 118.
