Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means which can quantitatively evaluate antifouling property with respect to dead skin accumulation or the like on a coating film surface with high reproducibility.SOLUTION: A material for evaluating antifouling property has a substrate, and a coating film containing 100 pts.mass of an urethane resin and 160-280 pts.mass of talc arranged on the surface of the substrate. A method for evaluating antifouling property of an object to be measured includes: an attaching step S1 of attaching the talc to the surface of the object to be measured by making the material for evaluating antifouling property contact with the object to be measured; and a color difference measuring step S2 of measuring the color difference between the surface of the object to be measured before the attaching step and the surface of the object to be measured after the attaching step. The coating film included in the material for evaluating antifouling property is required to contain the urethane resin and the talc.
