PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply, accurately and inexpensively manufacture an applicator including a plurality of applicators.SOLUTION: An applicator includes: a first applicator 13 having a holding part 8 on which a ridge edge 18 is projected; a holder 15 formed by a shaft part 11; and a second applicator 14 as a separate body integrally held on the first applicator 13, whose outer peripheral surface is provided with a recessed groove. The holder 15 includes a plurality of independent holder pieces 15', 15' which are united in a body to form the holder 15 and connected to each other through a connecting part 16. Thus, the second applicator is located in the holding part and integrated with the separate holder pieces, so that the second applicator as a separate body can be held in the holding part of the first applicator.
