Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial resonance switching power supply device capable of promptly determining the number of bottom skips corresponding to a load condition, even when a load has changed abruptly.SOLUTION: Provided is an artificial resonance switching power supply device provided with a bottom skip control function, and having a capacitor for holding a voltage corresponding to the load of a switching element over one switching cycle of the switching element. Also included is a number of bottom skips determination circuit which compares a comparison reference voltage selected from a plurality of reference voltages for determining the number of bottom skips within one switching cycle of the switching element with the voltage held in the capacitor, and repeats a process of updating the comparison reference voltage twice or more according to the result of the comparison, thereby determining the number of bottom skips corresponding to the voltage held in the capacitor.
