Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a decrease in film thickness of a seal film while facilitating electric connection with an external conductor.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of manufacturing a terminal 10 which includes a conductive member 11 having electric connection parts 11b, 11c formed at ends and a seal film 12 provided on a surface of a predetermined part (intermediate part 11a), except the electric connection parts, of the conductive member 11. The method includes a processing process in which ends of an arc-sectioned round bar are processed into a flat shape to form the ends as the electric connection parts 11b, 11c, an application process in which a liquid seal agent is applied to the predetermined part, except the ends, of the round bar, and a curing process in which the applied liquid seal agent is cured so as to form the seal film 12.
