Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution control device and a distribution control method capable of executing the control of a motor while maintaining the matching of a control parameter synchronously with a control command transmitted from a host control unit.SOLUTION: In a distribution control device in which a plurality of motor control units 102, 103 and 104 control a plurality of motors 105, 106 and 107 in response to a control command from a host control unit 101, each of the motor control units 102, 103 and 104 includes: a memory capable of storing a control command from the host control unit 101; a timer capable of measuring the reception interval of the control command from the host control unit 101; and an arithmetic unit for, when receiving the control command from the host control unit 101, temporarily storing the control command in the memory, and for, when receiving the next control command, measuring a reception interval between the stored control command and the next control command, and for, when the measured reception interval is different from a predetermined transmission interval of the control command, changing a control parameter in accordance with the transmission interval of the control command, and for executing motor control by using the changed control parameter.
