PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which supports a user's character input.SOLUTION: A biological information acquiring unit 110 acquires user's biological information acquired from a sensor, such as a fingerprint sensor and a finger vein sensor. A character specification unit 130 specifies an initial undefined letter according to the acquisition of the biological information by the biological information acquiring unit 110. An operation recognition unit 140 recognizes a sliding operation by a user from change of the biological information acquired by the biological information acquiring unit 110. An operation corresponding unit 150 changes the undefined character according to the sliding operation recognized by the operation recognition unit 140.
