Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorocarbon resin-coated black light-shielding film having a resin film as a base material, obtained by coating a surface of an optical member with a fluorocarbon resin having low reflectivity, blackness, high sliding property and high water repellency, and to provide a shutter blade, a diaphragm or the like using the above film.SOLUTION: The fluorocarbon resin-coated black light-shielding film comprises a resin film (A) having an arithmetic average height Ra of 0.2 to 2.2 μm, coated on both surfaces thereof with a specific metal carbide film (B), a specific titanium carbide oxide film (C) having an oxygen content of 0.7 to 1.4 in terms of an O/Ti atomic ratio, and a specific fluorocarbon resin film (D) having an extinction coefficient of 0.005 or less and a refractive index of 1.38 to 1.41 at a wavelength of 550 nm on the titanium carbide oxide film (C). |
