Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiblade centrifugal fan that restrains the occurrence of noise without increasing the number of components, and a multiblade centrifugal air blower including the same.SOLUTION: The multiblade centrifugal fan comprises: a hub 4 in which an outer peripheral part 4c is circular; a boss part 3 formed on a central part 4a of the hub 4 and including a driving shaft hole 3a into which a driving shaft 2a is inserted; and a blade part including a plurality of blades 5a connected on a connecting surface 4d of the outer peripheral part 4c of the hub 4 and provided at equal intervals. A cutout part 9 is formed by cutting out a portion from the outer periphery side to the inside of the outer peripheral part 4c of the hub 4 and outside edge parts 5b of the blades 5a on the connecting surface 4d side of the hub 4.
