The invention provides stable salts of ethyl N-[(S)-({[(2R,5R)-5-(6-amino-9H-purine-9-yl)-4-fluoro-2,5-dihydrofuran-2-yl]oxy}methyl)phenoxyphosphinoyl]-L-alaninate which is physically more stable, easier to isolate and formulate than a free base type of the compound.
