Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate binding a packaged unit stack delivered into a container with a lashing belt.SOLUTION: A plate body transport method for fixing a packaged unit stack to a container with a lashing belt and transporting the packaged unit stack, includes: when storing the packaged unit stack in the container and then winding the lashing belt around the packaged unit stack to fix the packaged unit stack to the container, engaging a first end of the lashing belt for binding the packaged unit stack with a deep portion of an inner wall of the container; temporarily stopping the lashing belt in a state of crawling along an inner wall of the container; delivering the packaged unit stack into the container from an opening side of the container; then pulling out a second end of the temporarily stopped lashing belt to the opening side of the container; and engaging the lashing belt with a floor of the container in a state in which the lashing belt contacts an upper surface and a side surface of the packaged unit stack.
