Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material which can secure adhesive strength between a carbon foam and a fiber-reinforced resin material even though having an easy structure, and thereby can enhance the strength of the whole of the composite material formed by the carbon foam and the fiber-reinforced resin material.SOLUTION: The composite material includes a carbon foam 1 and a fiber-reinforced resin material 2 which are bonded through an adhesive agent 5. The adhesive agent 5 is made of a resin material 3 containing particles 4 having an average particle diameter relatively smaller than an average pore diameter of gaps G in the carbon foam 1.
