Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device capable of performing dressing by smoothly corresponding to working tools in various forms, and improving the versatility of dressing means.SOLUTION: The cutting device including: a table 1; a working head 2 movable three-dimensionally relatively to a workpiece W on the table 1; and a working tool 3 attached to the working head 2, capable of cutting the workpiece W, and having a tip end formed into a semispherical shape, comprises: dressing means 13 including a rod electrode 14 fixed to a predetermined position on the table 1, and capable of dressing the tip end of the working tool 3 by electrolytically working the tip end of the working tool 3 while moving the working tool 3 to make the tip end of the working tool 3 closer to a tip end of the rod electrode 14.
