PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of related technology that whether a crosstalk signal to be processed is present cannot be found by only observing a received signal, making signal detection difficult.SOLUTION: A signal detection device pertaining to the present invention comprises: aggregation means for receiving a signal and aggregating a plurality of extracted symbols centering on a prescribed point; estimation means for estimating a difference in phase between the symbols aggregated by the aggregation means in a certain period and the symbols present in the immediately preceding period, and observing the phase difference between the symbols for a prescribed period to estimate an average value of phase differences; and means for comparing the average value of phase differences obtained by the estimation means with a threshold value to determine whether the received signal is a crosstalk signal or a single signal.
