COMMUNICATION DEVICE AND RECEPTION STATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement cooperative communication for superposing information transmitted by another terminal without using a relay station.SOLUTION: A first communication device is a communication device applied to a radio communication system composed of a plurality of communication devices including the first communication device and a second communication device and a reception station. The first communication device comprises: a reception unit 211 for transmitting a signal including a first information bit input to the first communication device and simultaneously receiving a signal transmitted from the second communication device at the same frequency; a modulation unit 201 for superposing the first information bit and a second information bit acquired from the signal received from the second communication device; and a transmission unit 207 for transmitting the superposed signal.
