SURFACE-MOUNTED COIL COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-mounted coil component capable of facilitating the assembly work by simplifying the winding work on a fastened portion and also obtaining excellent vibration resistance.SOLUTION: At both end parts 3 of a core 1 inserted into a central part of a coil 4 and extending outward of the coil, respective terminal boards 5 are provided to which end parts 4a of the coil 4 are connected. The terminal board 5 is formed in a chevron shape having a first U-shaped part 8 and a second U-shaped part 9 by curving a band plate shaped member 6 made of conductive metal in an out-of-plane direction. The first U-shaped part 8 is fitted to the end part 3 of the core 1 and the end part 4a of the coil 4 is inserted into the second U-shaped part 9, thereby fixing the terminal board 5.
