ACHIEVEMENT REGISTRATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR BUILDING FACILITY MAINTENANCE WORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an achievement registration management system for a building facility maintenance work which can suppress an operation failure by clarifying an origin of liability when a trouble occurs, and is suitable when a report is created by performing computerization processing of work achievement management.SOLUTION: A management center 6 of this system has a server function for transmitting a work instruction to a portable terminal device 2 via a general line 5, storing work history acquired from the device 2 in a built-in DB 7, after that, transferring the work history to a terminal device 4, acquiring the work history after updated, authenticated by the device 4, and storing the work history in the DB 7, and comprises: work completion determination means 6C for determining a specified date of a work report, work completion regarding a maintenance work of facilities based on the work history from the device 2, and the work history after updated, authenticated from the device 4; and registration and update suppression means 6D for prohibiting registration and update of the work history in an area 7A for workers of the DB 7, prohibiting and suppressing the registration and update of the work history after updated, authenticated in an area 7B for responsible persons of the DB 7 when the means 6C determines either of the specified date or the work completion.
