Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner outdoor unit capable of obtaining a sufficient soundproof effect against low frequency noise in a limited space around a compressor.SOLUTION: An air conditioner outdoor unit includes: a compressor 2; two Helmholtz resonance soundproof materials 7 arranged around the compressor 2, and constituting two Helmholtz resonators 20, respectively. By arranging the two Helmholtz resonators, a high soundproof effect can be obtained. This makes it unnecessary to arrange many resonators and makes it possible to increase a volume part of each resonator.
