Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an automatic transmission which can prevent that a driver feels the insufficiency of speed reduction torque even if an abnormality occurs at an air intake actuator.SOLUTION: The control device of the automatic transmission for establishing a plurality of gear change stages (1st to 4th) different in gear change ratio by making a clutch, a brake and a one-way clutch selectively engaged with one another comprises a ECU for prohibiting an up-shift to a gear change stage at a high-speed side from 1st or 2nd until a drive force F of a vehicle after the up-shift to the gear change stage at the high-speed side from 1st or 2nd reaches zero or a negative value when the gear change stage which has been established at the abnormality of the air intake actuator is in 1st or 2nd accompanied by the engagement of the one-way clutch F1 or F2.
