Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably inhibit occurrence of knocking in restarting of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A cooling device 35 for reducing temperature of intake air is equipped on an intake passage 3 in which intake air to be filled in a cylinder 1 flows. When the vehicle stopped with idling of an internal combustion engined is started and accelerated, the cooling device 35 is actuated to cool intake air. Energy consumption of the cooling device 35 is suppressed to a predetermined upper limit value or less. In addition, a delay correction amount of ignition timing is determined according to the amount of a deviation between an actually-measured value and a target value of intake air temperature at a downstream side of the cooling device 35.
