Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To revise a discharge plug structure of an exhaust gas treatment device using corona discharge, to revise electric conduction control for recovering insulation performance, to effectively execute the recovery of the insulation performance of a discharge plug, and to improve emission control performance and energy efficiency.SOLUTION: In an aggregation part 1, the discharge plug 2 is attached to a cylindrical housing H being a grounding electrode, a first annular groove 32 is formed between an insulation insulator 3 and a high-voltage electrode 21, a second annular groove 42 is formed between an attachment metal fitting 4 and the aggregation part, and thus an electric leak is suppressed. An ECU 6 executes discharge control for electrifying and aggregating particular substances in a discharge space by controlling electric conduction to the discharge plug 2 from a high-voltage power supply P, and on the other hand, when the adhesion of PMs is detected, the ECU applies a high voltage at timing at which the oxygen density of the discharge space reaches prescribed density, and executes recovery control for oxidizing and removing the PMs by activating creeping discharge.
